Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your melanoma must be stage III (not IIIA) or stage IV (not M1d). It should be possible for a surgeon to completely remove it.
- You must not have had any prior systemic treatment (like immunotherapy or chemotherapy) for melanoma.
- You must be in good overall health (able to carry out daily activities) and have adequate liver, kidney, and blood counts.
- You must not have an uncontrolled autoimmune disease, active infection, or history of myocarditis (heart inflammation).
- If you are of childbearing potential, you must agree to use effective contraception during the trial and for 6 months after.
