- Age 18–65 years old
- Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy (planned gallbladder removal via small incisions)
- In good overall health (ASA Class I or II: no serious heart, lung, or kidney disease)
- Able to read and understand Turkish
- Able to understand video instructions and wear/use a wearable activity tracker
- No chronic pain conditions, mobility problems, or skin allergies that would prevent wearing a tracker
