Who can take part
- You are 45 years or older
- Your PSA blood test result is 4.0 ng/ml or higher
- An MRI scan shows at least one suspicious area in your prostate (rated as likely or highly likely to be cancer)
- You are able to undergo a prostate biopsy procedure under local or general anesthesia
- You have never had a prostate biopsy before
- You have not been treated for prostate cancer or taken certain prostate medications in the last 6 months
