Who can take part
- You must be a child with either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (confirmed by medical codes in Korean healthcare records)
- You must have at least two outpatient visits OR one hospital stay with a diagnosis of the same IBD type during the study period
- Your diagnosis must be registered in Korea's rare and intractable disease program
- You must have received at least one IBD medication during the study period (such as 5-ASA, nutritional therapy, steroids, immunosuppressants, or biologic drugs)
- Your medical records must be available in the Korean healthcare database system
