  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have neck pain with no specific cause (not from injury, infection, or tumor)
  • Your neck pain has lasted at least 4 weeks
  • You can understand instructions and follow a treatment plan
  • You have not had cervical spine (neck) surgery
  • You do not have nerve damage or severe disc problems in your neck
