- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with stomach cancer confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
- You had surgery to remove all or part of your stomach (called radical gastrectomy)
- You have complete medical records from before surgery and at least 15 days of records after surgery
- You have not been diagnosed with any other type of cancer before
- You did not have an emergency surgery or a surgery that did not remove all the cancer
