This study tests whether a home-based exercise program combined with eating at specific times of day can reduce fatigue and improve health in breast cancer survivors. You would do exercises at home and follow a structured eating schedule while being monitored for safety and progress.

Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have been diagnosed with breast cancer (stage I–IIIC) and completed chemotherapy, surgery, and/or radiation at least 2–10 years ago
- Currently be taking hormone therapy (endocrine therapy) as prescribed by your doctor
- Experience fatigue as a symptom of your cancer treatment
- Have a BMI (body mass index) of 25 or higher
- Be able to walk independently and comfortable doing home-based exercise
