  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have or had a cancer diagnosis (any type)
  • You use UW Health's MyChart patient portal to access your medical records
  • You receive cancer care at UW Health (in specific oncology divisions)
  • You are having or have had imaging scans (CT, MRI, or PET) as part of your cancer treatment
  • You can complete online surveys and possibly participate in a 30–45-minute interview
