  • Age 18 or older
  • Diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer in the mouth, throat, or voice box) confirmed by biopsy
  • Cancer is locally advanced (large or spread to nearby areas) but has not spread to distant body parts
  • Had surgery or other definitive treatment for the cancer
  • Have imaging scans (MRI, CT, or PET-CT) taken before and after treatment
  • Treated at Nanfang Hospital or partner hospitals between January 2017 and December 2025
