This study tests how two different birth control pills (estetrol-drospirenone vs. standard) affect the health of your blood vessels. It may help you understand the best option for your heart and circulation while on the pill.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 49 years old.
- You must be planning to use the pill for birth control or to treat menstrual problems.
- You are not in menopause and have not been pregnant in the last 3 months.
- You have not taken hormonal birth control or hormone replacement therapy in the last 3 months (you can stop to qualify).
- You have none of the health issues that make the pill unsafe, such as high blood pressure, diabetes with complications, heart disease, blood clots, stroke, severe liver disease, certain cancers, or a BMI of 35 or higher (smokers 35+ also excluded).
- You are not planning to become pregnant in the next year and are willing to be randomly assigned to one of two pill types.
