Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years
- Advanced or metastatic solid tumor confirmed by biopsy or cytology, with disease progression despite standard treatment or intolerance to it
- Tumor tissue available for testing (fresh or archived) to check for EGFR and HER3 markers
- Good overall health status (ECOG Performance Status 0–1) and life expectancy of at least 3 months
- At least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
- Good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts)
