  • Age 18–50 years old
  • Healthy weight range (BMI 18.9–29.9, roughly 125–179 lbs for a 5'7" person)
  • Normal fasting blood sugar level (not pre-diabetic or hypoglycemic)
  • Eat breakfast as part of your normal routine
  • No conditions that make VR headsets unsafe (seizures, panic disorder, migraines, severe motion sickness)
  • No diabetes, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or stomach disorders
