Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- You had breast cancer surgery (mastectomy or lumpectomy) within the past 6 months
- You experience shoulder pain, limited shoulder movement, weakness, or difficulty with daily activities
- You do not have active cancer spread (metastasis) to other parts of your body
- You are not currently in another rehabilitation or physical therapy program
- You do not have severe complications from surgery that would make exercise unsafe
