Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18 or older
  • You had breast cancer surgery (mastectomy or lumpectomy) within the past 6 months
  • You experience shoulder pain, limited shoulder movement, weakness, or difficulty with daily activities
  • You do not have active cancer spread (metastasis) to other parts of your body
  • You are not currently in another rehabilitation or physical therapy program
  • You do not have severe complications from surgery that would make exercise unsafe
