Who can take part
- You are a woman 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (a type that lacks certain protein markers)
- Your tumor is at least 1 cm in size and has not spread to distant parts of your body
- You have not had surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy for this cancer yet
- You have not taken antibiotics by mouth or IV in the past 2 weeks
- You are able to complete questionnaires and follow the study plan
