Who can take part
- You had a cesarean section (surgical delivery) in the past 1–3 days at Couple Enfant Hospital in Grenoble
- Your cesarean was performed using regional anesthesia (numbing medicine so you stayed awake), not general anesthesia (sleep medicine)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You speak and read French fluently
- You are willing to have your data used for this research study
- You are not currently on a breathing machine or heavy sedation in intensive care
