Game-Based Wearable Sensors to Help Core Muscles and Back Pain

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have had non-specific lower back pain for at least 6 weeks in the past year
  • Your back pain is at least 4 out of 10 in severity, or it limits your daily activities by 20% or more
  • You have not had spinal surgery or invasive spinal procedures in the past 3 months
  • You do not have serious spinal conditions like infection, cancer recurrence, or nerve damage symptoms
  • You are able to safely do light-to-moderate exercise without severe heart or lung problems
