- Age 18–65 years old
- Normal blood pressure (systolic 100–140 mm Hg, diastolic 50–90 mm Hg) and heart rate (45–90 beats per minute)
- No use of pain relievers or anti-inflammatory medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for 7 days before the study
- No history of heart disease, blood clots, autoimmune disorders, lung disease, neurological conditions, or cancer
- No implanted electronic devices (like pacemakers) or metal implants
- No active infections, heat-sensitive skin conditions, or significant heart rhythm problems
