Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with metastatic melanoma (cancer that has spread) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your doctor has recommended nivolumab and ipilimumab as your first systemic cancer treatment
  • Age 18 or older and able to provide written consent
  • Good enough health to exercise (ECOG score of 2 or better—able to care for yourself most of the time)
  • No major surgery in the past 2 weeks
  • Not currently on high-dose steroids or other immune-suppressing medications
