This trial tests a new PET scan (a type of imaging that uses a radioactive tracer) to see how well it can find prostate cancer after focal therapy. If you join, you'll get the scan before and after your treatment to help doctors see if any cancer is left.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma type only, no other variants).
- You are planning to have focal therapy (a treatment that targets only the cancer, like cryotherapy, HIFU, or NanoKnife).
- You will have an MRI before and after treatment, and also a biopsy that uses MRI images to guide the needle.
- You have not had any prior treatment for prostate cancer (like radiation, focal therapy, or hormone therapy).
- Your cancer is not high-risk and your PSA level is 10 or under. Also, your cancer is only on one side of the prostate.
