  • You brush and floss regularly with good oral hygiene habits
  • You have no cavities or active tooth decay
  • You have never had professional teeth whitening before
  • You do not currently have sensitive teeth
  • You are not a smoker
  • You have at least 28 natural teeth remaining
  • You are not pregnant and do not have gum disease, tooth cracks, or exposed root surfaces
