  • You live in the US and plan to stay for the study duration (3 months)
  • You use tobacco or nicotine products at least once per week
  • You own a smartphone (Android version 12+ or iPhone 11+ with iOS 17+) and can download an app
  • You have internet access, use email, and can receive text messages
  • You are not currently pregnant, not in jail, and speak English
