Testing a new camera for detecting multiple lesions

This study tests whether a specialized nuclear imaging camera can better detect multiple tumors or lesions in your body. You'll receive a standard radioactive tracer scan (like a bone scan or thyroid scan) that's already part of your care, but we'll also image you with this newer camera technology to see if it works well.

Who can take part

  • You have at least 2 known tumors, metastases, or lesions (spots) anywhere in your body
  • Your doctor has already planned for you to have one of these scans as part of your regular care: a bone scan, a 177Lu-PSMA scan after treatment, or a radioactive iodine scan after treatment
  • You are an adult (18+) and able to lie still on a table for about an hour without moving
  • You are in reasonably good general health (WHO performance status 2 or better—you can do light activities)
  • You have passed a medical screening and signed a consent form agreeing to participate
