Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 75 years old and have a cervix
- You have not had your cervix removed (hysterectomy) and have never had cervical cancer
- You haven't had a cervical cancer screening test in at least 3.5 years (Pap test) or 5.5 years (HPV or combo test)
- You have visited University Hospital's outpatient clinic at least twice in the past 5 years
- You have a working phone number and reliable mailing address on file
- You can read and respond to study materials in English or Spanish
