Who can take part

  • Your child has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by a psychiatrist or psychologist
  • Your child is between 9 and 11 years old
  • Your child has moderate-level autism (not mild or severe)
  • Your child is not currently taking sedative or sleep medications
  • Your child does not have epilepsy or other neurological or mental health conditions
  • You are willing to complete the full study without withdrawing consent
