- You are 18 or older and have non-metastatic bladder cancer scheduled for radical cystectomy (surgical removal of the bladder)
- You live in California and are able to travel for study visits

- You agree to use only the study medication and no other cannabis products during the trial
- You can understand consent forms and make your own medical decisions
- You agree not to operate heavy machinery or drive while taking the study medication
