Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 60 years old
  • Have a normal weight range (BMI 18.0–30.0) and weigh at least 45–50 kg depending on sex
  • Be in generally good health with no serious medical conditions (heart, lung, kidney, liver, immune, or nervous system problems)
  • Pass basic health screening tests (blood work, urine, chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and heart rhythm test)
  • Agree not to take most other medicines, supplements, or herbal products for at least 7–14 days before the study starts
  • Be willing to stay at the research facility for the study period and attend all required visits
