- Age 18–65 years old
- Moderate-to-severe itching (rated 6 or higher on a 10-point scale) from eczema, dermatitis, insect bites, hives, or post-surgery wound itch
- Able to rate your itching level on a simple numbered scale by yourself
- No steroid creams or antihistamine creams used in the past 2 weeks
- Skin at the treatment site is not infected, broken, or oozing
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
