Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with IBS using ROME V criteria (a standard diagnostic method)
- Your IBS symptom severity score is 75 or higher on a standard questionnaire
- You are 18 years or older with a healthy weight range (BMI 18.5–35)
- You have not taken probiotic supplements or antibiotics in the months before the study
- You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding during the study
