Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Live in Lusaka, Zambia, and be able to stay there for the length of the study
- Have hepatitis B confirmed by blood tests (or previously had it confirmed)
- Fall into one of five specific groups based on your hepatitis B status and treatment history
- Not have hepatitis C infection (another liver virus) that is currently active
- Not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
