  • You can safely do moderate exercise and tolerate heat exposure
  • You agree to stop taking any creatine supplements before the study and not take any other supplements during it
  • You can attend all lab visits and heat exposure sessions as scheduled
  • You have no serious heart, lung, kidney, or heat-related health problems
