Who can take part
- You live in Hong Kong
- You are 18 years old or older and can understand and agree to participate
- You are currently serving a prison sentence that will last between 3 and 12 months
- You have not served more than one previous prison sentence (maximum two sentences total)
- You are healthy enough to attend most or all of the workshop sessions (at least 6 out of 7)
- You speak Cantonese or English well enough to understand the workshops and give informed consent
