Who can take part
- Child has primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting only at night, not daytime accidents)
- At least 3 wet nights per week for the past 2 weeks
- Already tried standard bedwetting treatments (fluid management, timed bathroom trips, bowel health) for at least 8 weeks without full success
- Child and caregiver can keep detailed daily diaries and follow home treatment instructions
- No history of spinal cord problems, cerebral palsy, uncontrolled seizures, or neurologic conditions affecting bladder
- No active urinary tract infection, constipation, or skin conditions that would prevent electrode placement
