Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (with suspected spread, rising PSA levels, or metastatic disease)
- You are at least 18 years old and in relatively good overall health (able to do light activities)
- Your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance ≥ 60 mL/min) and you do not have serious liver or heart problems
- You have not had major surgery within the past 4 weeks
- You have not received cancer treatment (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, or surgery) within 3 weeks before the scan
- You are willing to complete all study visits, scans, and blood tests, and can sign an informed consent form
