  • You were 18–60 years old when you had your eggs or sperm frozen
  • You froze your eggs or sperm at CECOS Lyon between January 2010 and December 2024
  • You froze your eggs or sperm because you were being treated for cancer
  • You're willing to complete a questionnaire about your experience
  • You're not currently deprived of liberty by court order
  • You're not currently under legal guardianship or conservatorship
