Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18–70 years old
- At least 1 year has passed since your mastectomy (or at least 6 months since finishing radiation therapy), and your chest skin is healthy and flexible enough for surgery
- You have not had previous breast surgery where your chest muscle (pectoralis major) was removed
- You do not have poorly controlled diabetes, a long smoking history, or serious health conditions that would make surgery unsafe
- You are not enrolled in another clinical trial that could interfere with this study
- Imaging and scans show no signs of cancer returning locally or spreading to distant organs
