Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis documented in your medical records
- Your doctor has decided you are eligible for biologic treatment and should start guselkumab
- You have never been treated with IL-23 inhibitor drugs (such as Tremfya, Skyrizi, or Omvoh), though prior ustekinumab is allowed
- You have received no more than 4 previous lines of advanced IBD therapy (biologics and/or small molecules)
- You are able to read, understand, and sign the consent form and allow your medical records to be reviewed
- You are not currently enrolled in another interventional (treatment) clinical study
