Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- BMI between 18.5 and 30 (roughly normal to slightly overweight) and weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
- Have moderate to significant belly fat (Grade 3 or 4 on assessment scales)
- Not pregnant, nursing, or unwilling to use contraception for 90 days after last injection
- No recent belly surgery, liposuction, or other fat-reduction procedures in the past year
- Not taking weight-loss medications, GLP-1 drugs (like Ozempic or Mounjaro), or steroids in the past 6 months
