Ovarian Suppression Formulation Change in Young Breast Cancer

This study tests whether switching the type of ovarian-suppressing medication helps keep hormone-sensitive breast cancer under control in younger women. You'll be screened to see if your current treatment is working, then potentially switched to a different formulation to see if it works better.

Who can take part

  • Female, between 18 and 45 years old
  • Hormone-sensitive, HER2-negative early breast cancer (stage I–III) confirmed by biopsy
  • Surgery completed; any chemotherapy or radiation therapy already finished
  • Currently taking a 3-month ovarian-suppressing injection (GnRH agonist) plus a hormone-blocking pill, for at least 1 dose
  • Hormone level (estradiol) measured as ≥30 pg/mL within the past 4 weeks
  • Good overall health and organ function; able to attend follow-up visits
