Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with cancer between ages 15 and 39
  • You received cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or other oncologic therapy)
  • You are biologically male
  • You are able to provide a semen sample
  • You do not have a history of both testicles surgically removed
  • You do not have a prior diagnosis of infertility or testicular failure before your cancer diagnosis
