  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have a normal weight (BMI between 18.5 and 24.9)
  • You have no chronic digestive or stomach problems
  • You can swallow capsules or tablets without difficulty
  • You are willing to stop taking any plant-based supplements, fiber supplements, or probiotics for at least 14 days before the study and during the 4-day study period
