Who can take part

  • Be in overall good health with no serious medical conditions
  • Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male, or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female
  • Have a healthy weight range (BMI between 18–32)
  • Not have a personal or family history of certain heart rhythm problems
  • Be willing to stop all medications and supplements for at least 2 weeks before the study
  • Not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day and be able to quit during the study
