This study helps prostate cancer survivors find out if they have inherited genetic changes that increase cancer risk in their family. You'll complete genetic testing and counseling online to learn about your personal and family cancer risk.

- Be 18–80 years old
- At least 6 months since your prostate cancer diagnosis
- Never had genetic testing for hereditary cancer before
- Received care at a participating site within the last 5 years
- Meet medical guidelines suggesting genetic testing would be helpful for you
- Speak and read English fluently and have reliable internet access
