- You did not stop or drop out of the previous study for safety or other reasons
- The cancer treatment was helping you when the previous study ended
- You can start this extension study within the time window allowed by your previous study
- You have not received any other cancer treatments since your previous study ended
- You are not currently in any other cancer treatment trials
