  • Age 18–65 years old
  • Medium to dark skin tone (Fitzpatrick types II–V)
  • Significant facial atrophic (depressed/sunken) acne scars
  • No facial surgery or cosmetic procedures planned during the study
  • No active skin infections, open wounds, or certain skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area
  • No metallic implants such as pacemakers or defibrillators
