  • You are at least 16 years old and in generally good health
  • You have a clear, healthy patch of skin (at least 1 inch × 1 inch) on your inner forearm with no rashes, scars, tattoos, or skin conditions
  • You have not received a tetanus booster vaccine in the past 12 months
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You are not currently taking immune-suppressing medications (like systemic steroids or biologic drugs)
  • You can attend all study visits and follow all study procedures
