Who can take part

  • You have a liver tumor (or suspected liver tumor) that needs to be surgically removed
  • Your tumor is small (no larger than 5 cm in any direction)
  • Your tumor can be removed with a straightforward surgical approach (wedge resection) affecting one to two sections of your liver
  • You are 18 years or older and able to read and understand Swedish
  • Your kidneys function adequately, and you have no allergy to contrast dye used in imaging
  • You are healthy enough for minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic approach)
