Two-phase IVM for poor ovarian response in women under 35

Healthy Adult FemalesHealthy Adult Male

This trial tests a two-phase in-vitro maturation (IVM) method for women under 35 who had poor response to a previous IVF cycle (fewer than 4 eggs retrieved). The goal is to see if this approach helps get more usable eggs and embryos. You would need to freeze all embryos for later transfer.
