  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • You are in good overall health with no serious medical conditions
  • You weigh between 110 and 220 pounds and have a normal BMI (18–30)
  • You have never taken navenibart before
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You agree to not use tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, or recreational drugs during the trial
