Who can take part
- You are female and at least 18 years old
- Ultrasound has confirmed you have at least one ovarian cyst from endometriosis that is 3 cm or larger
- You are scheduled for laparoscopic surgery (minimally invasive surgery using a small camera) to remove the cyst
- You do not have signs of ovarian cancer based on imaging or doctor evaluation
- You have no active pelvic infections or other serious pelvic conditions that would complicate surgery
- You are able and willing to sign a consent form
