Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with stage IV lobular carcinoma (advanced breast cancer that has spread)
- Your cancer is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative (a specific type of breast cancer)
- You are 18 years or older and able to give informed consent
- You are about to start your first treatment for metastatic (advanced) lobular breast cancer
- You are generally in good health with minimal limitations (ECOG score 0–2)
- You do not have metal implants or severe claustrophobia that would prevent you from having MRI scans
